Windscreen Wash – Potters Bar

You might wonder if it’s really worth having screenwash – won’t water do?

Water might work in some gentler climates, but here in the UK with our famously cold and wet winters, screenwash helps to avoid an icy windscreen as it contains antifreeze. It also does a better job of cleaning your windscreen as it has some detergent in it. You wouldn’t clean your home with just water, and the same should apply to your car.

If you find your wipers are smearing dirt across your windscreen and reducing visibility, or the screenwash light comes on on your dashboard, come to Oakmere Service Centre where we’ll top up your screenwash for you.

Oakmere Service Centre is an RAC Approved Garage which means that drivers that choose us for repairs or servicing are guaranteed quality work, transparent pricing and excellent customer service. We’re also pleased to partner with Payment Assist to give our customers the option of spreading payments over four interest-free, manageable monthly instalments.
