Automatic Gearbox Servicing – Potters Bar

At Oakmere Service Centre in Potters Bar, we offer automatic servicing for most makes and models. We use industry-leading equipment to carry out a 100% gearbox oil flush, removing all of the old, contaminated transmission fluid  – not just a partial drain like some basic services provide. This deep-clean process ensures your transmission stays well-lubricated, performs smoothly, and lasts longer.

Whether you drive a DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox), S-Tronic, Tiptronic, or a traditional torque converter automatic, your gearbox needs regular servicing to avoid costly issues such as harsh shifting, slipping gears, or transmission failure. At Oakmere Service Centre, our technicians are fully trained and experienced in dealing with complex automatic systems and use only manufacturer-approved fluids and procedures.

We’re trusted by customers across Potters Bar and surrounding areas, offering dealer-level gearbox care at a more affordable, independent garage price. Regular automatic and DSG servicing typically every 40,000 to 60,000 miles can save you thousands in long-term repair costs and drastically improve your vehicle’s driving feel.

If you’re experiencing gearbox issues or due for a service, contact Oakmere Service Centre in Potters Bar today to book your full transmission fluid flush and gearbox service. We’ll keep your automatic or DSG gearbox running like new.

Oakmere Service Centre is an RAC Approved Garage which means that drivers that choose us for repairs or servicing are guaranteed quality work, transparent pricing and excellent customer service. We’re also pleased to partner with Payment Assist to give our customers the option of spreading payments over four interest-free, manageable monthly instalments.
